Band: Pulp; Jarvis Cocker

Jarvis Cocker continued the rockstar trend of making thick-framed glasses cool, and managed to keep them in place even when flailing about the stage with a giant rubber band. The frontman of Pulp and figurehead of the '90s resurgence of British pop channeled a vintage sense of style that reflected Generation X's sense of laid-back cool. Patterned sportcoats and killer accessories evoked a British dandyism that's been around since the days of Oscar Wilde. A true measure of how stylish Jarvis Cocker was is that his steez would be on top of the game as much in 2013 as it was in 1995.
