Sculptor Wilfrid Wood Makes a Living Creating Awkward Figures of People

Enjoy these caricature-like replicas of everyone from Olympians to Justin Bieber.

Wilfrid Wood's work is odd (but in a good way). He is a freelance sculptor who makes awkward figures. He lands a lot of jobs making replicas, like his Olympic series last year or his parodies of famous people like Justin Bieber and Sir Paul McCartney.

Wood was born in London and studied graphics at Central St. Martins. After working in publishing, he got bored and began making figures for a satirical puppet TV program, "Spitting Image." After that, he began freelancing and now his life is all about making funny figures. What a life.
