Fred Perry is celebrating 60 years since its inception in 1952, and even though 2012 is over it continues to celebrate its anniversary into 2013. Originator of the classic tennis shirt, the brand has created a reproduction of the original 1952 model for invited brands and artists to use as a canvas to display their unique designs and greetings. Among the invited were Stussy, Raf Simons, Colette, Wood Wood, Medicom Toy, Geoff Mcfetridge, and more.
The shirts will be on display as an installation at Dover Street Market London starting January 26, then making stops worldwide at DSM Ginza and I.T. Beijing Market. The only way to purchase these special pieces will be through auction later this year, and all proceeds going to the Amy Winehouse Foundation. Check out the rest of the shirts on the Fred Perry website.
