Recently, we've noticed a few celebrities take a style risk and wear tights under their shorts. We called the trend last year, but it's slowly entering the mainstream via stylish rappers. Pharrell has been stepping out in his Billionaire Boys Club jeans, which he's turned into shorts, with a pair of printed tights underneath. He rocked the look while out in New York City, at Jay-Z's Barclay's Center, while in the studio with Frank Ocean and Jay-Z, and more recently in the BBC x Fingercroxx Fall/Winter 2012 collaboration.

After some digging, we also found images of Big Sean and Theophilus London in the same look. Big Sean was on the set of a video shoot in Los Angeles wearing a pair of the Kokon to Zai Church Print Shorts with Leggings from the brand's Fall/Winter 2012 Collection.

Not long after, Theo was spotted in the same shorts with leggings at the Helmut Lang and Tory Burch shows at New York Fashion Week. Recently, he even wore a variation of the look, sporting leather shorts with black pants underneath.

Japanese dudes have been rocking this look for a few years now, and we saw it in both Givenchy and Commes des Garçons Shirt's Spring 2009 collections. Last year, designer Alexander Wang incorporated similar looks in his T by Alexander Wang Fall 2011 collection. While this trend is not anything new, it seems like it could be making a comeback this year. Would you rock it?
