Strange but true, the best street art festival takes place on the West Coast of Norway. Yup, NuArt brings world class artists to sleepy Stavanger. The event, which runs this year through November 18, is consistently evolving, and now some of the best work is being done indoors. What? Yup, indoor street art. Crazy.
