On September 13, 1996 - Tupac Amaru Shakur passed away as the result of respiratory failure and cardiopulmonary arrest in connection to multiple gunshot wounds he suffered after a controversial shooting occurred following a Mike Tyson - Bruce Seldon boxing match outside of the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
Pronounced dead at the age of 25, Shakur's memory continues to live on through his family, friends, and countless fans around the world.
