Contemporary Greek artist, Stelios Faitakis, was one of the first pioneering figures in the street art movement that flourished in Athens since the mid-90's. Trained as a painter, Stelios' works often possess influence from the Byzantine empire and old German masters, like Albrecht Durer and Hans Memling.
