Running through August 31, 2012, the Bloop Festival is an "International Proactive Arts Festival" taking over the island of Ibiza. Part of the program includes a series of wall murals by an international who's who of street art.
One of the artist's included is Phlegm. His contribution is a massive, highly detailed steam punk arm covering the majority of a large whitewashed building. He's certainly got flair, and an individual style, and this mural proves that even within the confines of a relatively small arsenal of figures, the Sheffield-based artist has very unique ideas for each particular project he undertakes.
