August has been a crazy month for uber-expensive New York Real estate. First — a record-breaking $100 million penthouse, second — a $95 million listing at 15 Central Park West. Now, just around the corner at 50 Central Park South, a 5,000 square-foot apartment in the Ritz Carlton has been listed for the same price. The penthouse listing comes complete with "a glass-roofed solarium that opens onto a 60 foot wide, 689 square-foot terrace directly overlooking Central Park." The owner bought the pad in 2006 for just under $20 million and put another $7 million into renovations. [Curbed]
