You wouldn't know it from first glance, but the Noorderparkbar in north Amsterdam was built using frames intended for temporary hospitals. Designed and built by Bureau SLA and Overtreders W, the coffee bar resides in a public park. They charred the exterior using the Japanese technique, shou sugi ban. [Thefoxisblack]
