Fall Forecast: Boglioli

None

It was amazing to watch the profile of Italian brands raise to newfound levels of American awareness and success these past few years. An obsession that seemed to begin online, the slim, soft shoulder mania bubbled over into the public consciousness like few trends had done since workwear graced the pages of major mainstream media. Boglioli is one of our favorite brands to emerge out of this industry shift. Often overlooked, since it seems people are so busy looking for a "Made In Italy" tag these days, the true hallmark of a great Italian brand is the effortlessness of which their clothing can be worn. This ease is the signature of Italy's homegrown peacocks, who despite a favored every day dressed up look, wear their sportcoats and trousers as if they were wearing T-shirts and sweatpants. This is often difficult for a newcomer to pull off—jumping head first into a world of tailored clothing often feels like jumping head first into a world of restriction. However, this is where a brand such as Boglioli shines. Their clothing and construction is so natural and becoming that it provides the wearer with the greatest gift of all—total confidence in one's outfit.
