20. Angelo Urrutia

Occupation: Designer, Nepenthes New York

Angelo is probably one of the least fashiony guys in the industry, but that's what makes him so special. Eschewing trends, he focuses instead on fit and construction. As the main designer behind Nepenthes' in-house line, inspiration has come from the kinds of clothing you would find at K-Mart (checked flannel shirt jackets with jersey knit hoods), to just using the craziest fabrics he can find (golf jackets made in psychedelic floral patterns). Despite his eclectic taste, you'll usually find him decked out in denim jackets, Yankees hats, and at times even using mesh tank tops as an undershirt. The only thing more on-point than his style? Probably his "Street Fighter II" skills.
