In college hoops the game has evolved tremendously over the past few decades bringing in more revenue, more television attention, and more sponsors. Along the way companies realized that not only were the players making a statement with their game but the brands were getting recognition for the jerseys on their back.
Opening up an Eastbay catalog in the mid-90's and grabbing your favorite schools jersey and shorts was just as important as the sneakers you hooped in. Complex decided to tip off the tournament right, and it was only appropriate to determine which schools had the right cuts, colorways, and designs to stand out as much as the players that rocked them.
