ToSay.it’s ideas are all encompassing and anyone can join in on the discussion. As an open artistic collective, they encourage anyone inspired by their work to go out and do the same. The main concept of ToSay.it is to explore the use of text, in the real world, and on the Internet, as an artistic medium.
