Inspired by designer Christopher Bastin's love of great food, the latest collection from GANT Rugger was presented inside New York's The Fat Radish restaurant. The venue served as an appropriate location to show the new collection. Models lined the walls of the restaurant, and we got to see the clothes up close. Bastin's tongue-in-cheek sense of humor is intact, as evidenced in the fair-isle printed "Bloggers' Delight" sweatshirt.
This season's outerwear features a cool waxed jacket and a military-inspired parka with a fur lining and hood that we were into. Noticeably absent is a new iteration of GANT Rugger's "Homerun" varsity jacket. The designer was unable to attend due to illness, but we definitely wish that he gets well as soon as possible.
