Dallas-born artist Shawn Smith utilizes hundreds of plywood cubes to create stunning three dimensional animal sculptures. His talents have been recognized throughout the United States, through both grants and museum exhibitions, and in 2012 he'll be taking his talents to D.C. as part of the "40 Under 40: Craft Futures" at the Renwick Museum.
