43. Freestylin'

Freestylin' Magazine launched in 1984 and is such a cornerstone of modern BMX. The combination of its writing, photography and art direction made it the standout in the golden age of BMX magazines (back when the internet came printed on paper). You know a logo's important when years after the mag's demise loads of people still try to copy it. You might agree with me that this logo deserves to be higher on the list, but if you ever read the magazine then you might also agree that "43" is right where it belongs.
