Epaulet's Somerset Moccassin Is Black and Tanned

Looks like your fave beer; ages like your fave wine.

New York's own Epaulet debuted its in-house footwear collection, Epaulet Sewn by Hand, earlier this year. The collection always included grown-man staples like loafers, mocassins, and boat shoes.

Their newest addition, the Somerset, is made from a rich brown chromexcel leather body, guaranteeing a supple feel, and a natural leather plug (referring to the tongue and top of the toebox). That means that part of the shoe will age over time and darken to the wearer, creating a unique, personal aesthetic. Over time the contrast will be less subtle, and thanks to the 4-eyelet camp moccasin and sturdy Horween leather, the shoe will never go out of style, and will last a long time.
