We love candy, but before we're able to decide what kind of delicacy we want to indulge in, we gotta shop for it. The thing that catches our eye of course, is the packaging. Often done in bright colors and placed on low shelves near cash registers, this allows them to be easily noticed and grabbed by both little hands and folks fiending for an impulse-bought snack.
Complex scooped up a few of our favorites, and prior to digging into the sugary goodness, we busted out our Pantone Guides and decided to see what kinds of colors dominated the designs of some pretty iconic packaging. Unsurprisingly, we found a lot of bright tones. Here's our visual breakdown.
