This idea is very simple, yet pretty brilliant. Tokyo-based architecture practice Shingo Masuda + Katsuhia Otsubo Architects envisioned a project that places infrastructure amidst nature in an extremely unobtrusive way. People have always climbed to the top of hills and mountains on the quest for a dope view, but Little Hilltop with Wind View gives view-seekers in Shimonoseki City a place to sit and enjoy a breeze...literally. The tower was conceived to interact with the wind by swaying slightly on its platform. [Design Boom]
