Arata Isozaki

Arata Isozaki has designed three concrete desert pavilions called Obscured Horizon for a single family. Each different structure addresses a particular season: the enclosed pavilion is designated for the winter; the spring/autumn pavilion is sheltered against the wind; while the summer platform is open to the sky.

The idea is outstanding as the the simplistic design really does lend itself to the environment.
