Tenue de Nimes made a special visit to Nigel Cabourn headquarters to discuss the new items and the inspiration behind his spring/summer 2011 collection. Cabourn likes to base his collections on past events or times in history and make the designs both authentic and contemporary. It turns out Cabourn designed the entire naval-inspired collection around an old painting of people inside of a submarine.
