It's art week here in NYC, and if you're in the big city this weekend, you should do what you can to check out a few of the shows. The Armory Show gets the hype as it's the big name (there is a KAWS display at Honor Fraser), but there are plenty others including Pulse, Volta, and Scope. Scope has a good balance of a more casual feel with decent art. It's more Pabst swilling than Moet popping, and interspersed through the gallery booths are live performances and a pop-up version of Brooklyn restraunt Roberta's.

The show runs through March 6, 2011, hit the link for info and hit the arrows above to see the best art on display at the Scope art fair.
