Dan Witz is a Brooklyn-based artist who has spent over 30 years putting his mark on the streets of New York City. Witz is more of an outdoor installation artist than a graffiti artist, and his work has evolved with time; at this point he's done it all, from stickers to wheat paste posters to higher level concept buildouts—and as modern "street art" deteriorates into a series of art school senior projects, Witz continues to stand firm and kill it. Dan sent over images of his most recent work; hit the jump to check it out. And make sure to keep an eye out for his retrospective coffee table book, In Plain View, which was just released by Ginko Press.
