The man who rocked the cycling cap best may have been the short-shorts-wearing, Air-Jordan-slangin', Brooklyn enthusiast Mars Blackmon (get your early '90s references up). But these caps have been poppin' harder on the streets than 5-panels. The design of the cycling caps vary from basic to striped, or even paneled with optional ear flaps. Some may hate on the unconventional choice, but cyclists have been rocking these head-hugging joints under (or instead of) their helmets for years.
