Kanye West Throws First Pitch at White Sox Game With Saint

Kanye West hit Sunday's Chicago crosstown game between the Cubs and White Sox with his son, Saint.

Kanye West hit Sunday's Chicago crosstown game between the Cubs and White Sox in style. After coming onto the field to "Homecoming" with his son, Saint, the Chicago rapper had the honor of throwing the first pitch. (Well, technically Saint threw the first one, but the 2-year-old's attempt didn't count.)

"OKAY @kanyewest JUST CAME OUT TO “HOMECOMING” AND THREW THE FIRST PITCH AT #CROSSTOWN!" read a tweet from a very enthusiastic NBC Sports tweeter.

Check out the moment below:

'Ye later tweeted a shot of himself and his son on the pitcher's mound. "[H]appy Sunday," read the tweet with the photo.

It's no secret that 'Ye has love for his hometown. The aforementioned track is dedicated to it, he's tweeted about teaching art classes at Art Institute of Chicago, and he named his youngest daughter after the Windy City. And in case you were wondering which Chicago team Ye was rooting for—he showed up in a White Sox jersey.

'Ye has been working with fellow Chicagoan rapper, Chance the Rapper, for their collaboration album, Good Ass Job. He's also slated to drop his own solo project, Yandhi, on Sept. 29, the same day he's slated to perform on Saturday Night Live. In other West family news, Kim Kardashian was seen cheering on their eldest daughter, North, who made her runway debut at a toy line show this weekend.
