There's been chatter for years now about a F1 race in Jersey just outside of New York, but now comes the confirmation that it's going to happen in 2014. The proposed course seems awesome, the setting is perfect for F1, and the timing couldn't be better as the US Grand Prix in Austin has done wonders for the sport in the US, so get ready for it.
Just know that traffic is going to suck, and if your apartment overlooks the course you'll be able to rent it for a metric crap-ton of cash.
