Jacques Villeneuve is a motor racing legend. He's competed in NASCAR, he's the last person from our continent to be crowned the F1 world champion, he placed 2nd at Le Mans, and, of course, he got his start in IndyCar. Villeneuve's greatest moment was probably his heroic return from a two-lap penalty to win the Indy 500 in 1995.

Now Villeneuve and Schmidt Peterson Motorsports have announced that he will be on the grid this year at the Indy 500. Shit just got real.
