During his 12-year career in the NFL, Scott Mitchell weighed in at 240 pounds which isn't bad considering his 6'6" frame. However, since retiring from the game of football in 2001, Mitchell has gained a considerable amount of weight. So much so that Scott has joined the cast of The Biggest Loser this fall in the hopes of trimming down from his current weight of 366 pounds.

Mitchell won't be the only former NFL player on the cast. Ex-offensive lineman Damian Woody will also be a part of next season after the current ESPN analyst gained 58 pounds since retiring from the league in 2010.
The 16th season of Biggest Loser is scheduled to premiere on Sept. 11 on NBC.
