On Monday, a press conference was held to officially announce the hiring of a new head coach. No, we're not talking about Derek Fisher. Instead, it was for the Kia Kamao, an expansion team in the Philippine Basketball Association, who revealed that they will call Manny Pacquiao their main man on the sidelines starting next season. Pacquiao has reportedly named former PBA player Glenn Capacio as his assistant coach.
As Bleacher Report points out, Pac-Man will definitely have his hands full in the coming months with the 2014-15 season starting in October and his next bout the following month. Maybe Pacquiao should hit up Bryon Russell.
