Take a trip down memory lane as we share a crazy moment at the podium, an amazing posterization, an absolute on-court fail or a memorable shooting performance from the postseason of the National Basketball Association in This Day in NBA Playoffs History.

In Game 2 of the 1984 Western Conference Finals against the Phoenix Suns, Magic Johnson took only five shots and scored six points in the whole game. That may have been a recipe for disaster, especially in a postseason game, but Magic was making a huge impact by dishing the rock with a playoff record 24 assists. Funny thing is, later in the Lakers' playoff run, Johnson came close to tying his own record in the Finals against the Boston Celtics when he put up 21 dimes.
