In June 2013, Brooke Hogan and Phil Costa announced that they were engaged. Five months later, the whole thing was called off. At the time, Brooke claimed that the split was the result of her wanting to focus on her music career, but her father Hulk Hogan has a completely different story. In fact, Hulk admitted on Shan & RJ Friday on 105.3 The Fan to being the real reason why they are no longer together.
“I love the Dallas Cowboys, been a fan forever. But, my daughter was engaged to one of those guys and he didn’t walk-the-walk and talk-the-talk,” said Hogan, speaking of Costa. “I put a bullet in that really quick. There was no way my daughter was going to marry somebody that I don’t like that got me mad, or has got in my face.”
Now, Hulk doesn't say that him and Costa ever got into a physical altercation. Just that he would know better than to do that...brother. Because then Hulk would need to break out something like this...
