It weighs 2,150 pounds and makes 680 horsepower, giving it the best power to weight ratio of any car in the world. It's the six years and running passion project of Frank Profera, a former New York City cabbie who is slightly (just slightly) speed obsessed. Frank used to drive a 900-hp Ford RS200 Evolution, but its 0-60 time of under two seconds was too slow for him, so he took this Lotus and tried to see if he could use some SoCal backcanyon roads as modified runways. The video has to be seen to be believed.
