"I’ve been reluctant to put my feelings into words. My brain refuses to accept that both Kobe and Gigi are gone," Bryant writes.

Vanessa Bryant continues to grieve the loss of her husband, Kobe, and their daughter Gianna.

On Monday, Bryant took to Instagram where she posted a highlight video of Gianna playing AAU basketball and Kobe coaching her and her team.

"I’ve been reluctant to put my feelings into words. My brain refuses to accept that both Kobe and Gigi are gone," Vanessa captioned the video. "I can’t process both at the same time. It’s like I’m trying to process Kobe being gone but my body refuses to accept my Gigi will never come back to me. It feels wrong. Why should I be able to wake up another day when my baby girl isn’t being able to have that opportunity?! I’m so mad. She had so much life to live. Then I realize I need to be strong and be here for my 3 daughters. Mad I’m not with Kobe and Gigi but thankful I’m here with Natalia, Bianka and Capri."

Bryant went on to explain that she knows anger is part of the natural grieving process, but she wanted to share her feelings with her followers because they too could be experiencing a loss.

Kobe and Gianna Bryant were two of the nine victims that passed during a helicopter accident on Jan. 26. Due to his status as an NBA icon, Kobe's death moved millions of people. This led some to believe that the Staples Center would not be able to hold the number of people that would come to his public service. Yet logistics were manipulated so the memorial service for Kobe and Gianna could take place in the house he helped build on Feb. 24.
