Starting today and extending through next Thursday, the NBA will be celebrating its annual Green Week. The league will be holding a series of special programs and events aimed at both bringing awareness to the concept of "going green" and helping communities throughout the country to go green. But that's not all that they're doing this year.
In addition to all of the programs and events that they have lined up, the NBA has also teamed up with Pharrell and Bionic Yarn to create a lineup of limited-edition commemorative T-shirts for Green Week. The shirts are made out of post-consumer plastic bottles. They will be available on NBAStore.com during the NBA postseason.
