To his credit, Peyton Manning hasn't thrown an interception after being benched back in November (he's been throwing one in every game before his forced sabbatical). He hasn't thrown a passing touchdown, though; his last was Nov. 8 against the Colts.
Manning's dry streak ended in his first drive against of the AFC Championship. The Broncos offense was rolling through the Patriots' defense through a solid mix of ground and passing plays. Manning topped it off with a smooth 21-yard strike to tight end Owen Daniels.

The CBS commentators, playing debbie downers, quickly used the touchdown to remind viewers how rough Manning has had it this season. This is just his season's second passing touchdown at home (his first: Oct. 4 vs. Minnesota; Daniels also caught that one).
