Two MMA Fighters Go Flying Out of a Cage When the Door Breaks
One of the fighters ended up in the hospital with a rib injury

You've probably seen some WWE setup where one wrestler spears the other through a cage. That's not OK if it's an actual MMA fight.
Amateurs Marty Navis and James Collins were locked in a fight when one of them attempted a double-leg takedown. It's an unspectacular move unless both of them goes flying through a faulty cage door. That's exactly what happened, so instead of landing on the mat, they landed in the audience. This ended the fight in a no contest.
One of the fighters ended up in the hospital nursing a rib injury over something as random and innocuous as a cage door.
