In a deal that's one of the biggest among recent moves in the Los Angeles luxury real estate market, Travis Scott has bagged a new mansion in the Brentwood neighborhood for a cool $23.5 million.
The mansion boasts 16,700 square feet with seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms across three floors of living space, according to a rundown on the estate from Variety on Friday. According to listing documents, the space is wrapped in "smoothly curvaceous sheetmetal" that's intended to remind the eye of a "modern yacht" aesthetic.
Additional highlights of the top-tier home—which is notably invisible from street level—include roof parking, a 20-car garage, a floor-to-ceiling Toshi Kawabata sculpture, an air-purifying green wall that’s 12 feet tall, a 15-seat theater, a wine closet that holds 650 bottles of deliciousness, and more.
In addition to the recent drop of the Cactus Trails march collection, La Flame is fresh off the release of his excellent Rosalía collab "TKN."
Speaking with Zane Lowe about the track's development last month, Rosalía praised Travis as an artist she's long admired.
"I think as an artist, what makes his art and his work so good, I think it's because he has so much layers in his personality, not just as an artist," she said.
