Leaving Philly with the W like... pic.twitter.com/oyV9snJjNm— Detroit Lions (@Lions) September 22, 2019
Can anyone who isn’t a Lions fan remember much about the Lions’ 2019 season? Matt Stafford was hurt...Kerryon Johnson was a fantasy disappointment...Matt Patricia kept his job. That’s about it. The product on the field was forgettable, but the Twitter content was slightly better, largely thanks to occasional trolling of opponents. The Lions also highlight important causes through social media, so their emphasis on social welfare gives them a bump in our book. Twitter is a great vehicle for helping people, and some teams miss that opportunity.
