NBA free agency is finally starting to wind down, with Kawhi Leonard, Kyrie Irving, Kevin Durant, Al Horford, Jimmy Butler, and D'Angelo Russell all changing teams. The player movement was wild and the league is more wide open than it's been in years. As we wrote over the weekend, there's legit eight teams that could win it all next season. And while teams are excited for next season, not every move was a home run or a win.

As the Complex Sports team continues our coverage of the free agency madness, we decided to pick out some of the most overrated signings and moves of the summer. Feel free to get mad.
