These are accolades that put Harden and Westbrook on the list with some of NBA GOATs, so it was only right that the media tapped Michael Jordan to weigh in.

Teammates turned bitter conference rivalsΒ James Harden and Russell Westbrook have both been putting up historic numbers. For 30 games James Harden scored at least 30 points while Russell Westbrook has put together a triple-double in 10-straight games. These are accolades that put them on the list with some of NBA GOATs, so it was only right that the media tapped Michael Jordan to weigh on their historic feats.Β

"Both, they're all both hard, and uniquely it shows the talent that we have within the league," Michael Jordan said when asked which is harder, 30 points for 30 games of a triple-double for 10. He went on to add: "I've very proud of what both guys have done because they are making their mark for the league and I think it really helps globally."

What's harder to achieve: Westbrook's 10 straight triple-doubles or Harden's 30 straight 30-point games?

Yet in keeping with MJ's true essence, this praise couldn't go without the GOAT reasserting his dominance.Β "Which is harder from a player's standpoint?" Jordan said returning to the question. "Six championships by all means."

Despite the slight dig, both the Rocket and the Thunder are on a fierce mission to dethrone the Warriors as the Kings of the Coast. If achieved, either team will head into the finals as the favorite with hopes of getting Westbrook or Harden their first NBA championship.
