Jimmy Butler has been gunning for a trade from the Minnesota Timberwolves for a while now, but things didn't go his way at all. According to reports, when Butler showed up to training camp Wednesday (Oct. 10), Butler came in screaming and verbally challenging pretty much everyone there.
ESPN is reportedly in the process of interviewing Butler for a piece that will air later tonight, but until then, reactions to Butler's supposed meltdown have made it clear everyone is eager to know the full details. Butler Reportedly taunted Scott Layden, yelling, "You fucking need me! You can't win without me." Regardless of the full details, it's clear he didn't remain level-headed during the heated practice.
Understandably, Twitter is having an absolute field day hearing about the incident, especially after Butler was so confident he would be traded by now.
