Martellus Bennett-Hosted Live Talk Show 'Mostly Football' Debuts Next Week

The retired athlete announced the sports series Thursday. The series will be co-hosted by comedian James Davis and sports reporter Ben Lyons.

Martellus Bennett has landed a new gig.

Beginning next week, the retired Super Bowl champion will host an hour-long sports talk show dubbed Mostly Football. The series, co-hosted by comedian James Davis and sports reporter Ben Lyons, will put a new twist on the traditional pregame show, as it will feature a diverse lineup of guests, a mix of pop culture-related topics, and of course, some humor.

Bob Lifton has been tapped as the series' showrunner. Yahoo Sports writer Liz Loza and Out of Bounds co-host and Complex senior editor Adam Caparell will also contribute to the program.

Mostly Football will be produced by Yahoo Sports and Complex Networks. The series will debut 7 p.m. ET on Sept. 6 and can be streamed on theYahoo Sports app and the Yahoo Sports Facebook page.
