As his status as a free agent looms, LeBron James is reportedly looking to take some quality time off. TMZ reports that LeBron is currently renting a private mansion in the Caribbean that's costing him an astonishing $75,000 a week.
The official website for the beach house is about as extra as one would expect, featuring pictures of the lavish mansion while detailing exactly what that $75,000 price will fetch you. According to the brochure website, the mansion features eight master bedrooms, a full-time chef and butler, a 44-ft infinity pool, a home theater, and direct access to the beach.
Earlier on Friday, word came out that LeBron had declined the player option on the final year of his contract with the Cleveland Cavaliers, making him an unrestricted free agent. His 2018-19 season with the Cavs was reported to be worth approximately $35.6 million.
