Kyle Kuzma had an excellent rookie season. The 6-foot-9 forward, picked No. 27 in last year's NBA Draft, was a pleasant surprise for the Lakers. He averaged 16.1 points and 6.3 rebounds in 31.2 minutes per game. He's a bit streaky, but the Lakers are thrilled with Kuzma, who has proven to be a real steal.
The Lakers landed two steals late in the first round: Kuzma and Josh Hart, who fell into their lap at No. 30. The former Villanova star was a defensive ace this season and added 7.9 points and 4.2 rebounds in 23.2 minutes per game while shooting 39.6 percent from downtown. He's limited with the ball in his hands, but he's another valuable piece for L.A. moving forward.
Kuzma is one of the funniest NBA players on social media, and he saves the best material for his teammates. He has hit Lonzo Ball with plenty of jokes, and Hart has provided constant fodder as well.
Early Friday morning, Kuzma served Hart with perhaps his most savage roast to date.
I’m going to unfollow In real life if you don’t fix your lisp I’m tired of spit in my face https://t.co/HhsPWEqxzt
It's not the first time Kuzma has joked about Hart's voice.
