Basketball games for New York Knicks fans are like being on a roller coaster. There are highs and lows, but when it's all said and done, you're just left trying to remember the best moments to fill the empty void in your heart. Yes, I'm a Knicks fan.

After another disappointing loss in which the Knicks let the New Orleans Pelicans come back from a 19-point deficit late in the third quarter, New York fans probably aren't emotionally ready to look back at highlights from today's game. If they were, however, Enes Kanter posterizing DeMarcus Cousins is likely at the top of their list.

Early in the first quarter, Cousins lost control of the ball, allowing Kristaps Porzingis to start a 2-on-1 fast break with Kanter. After dribbling the ball up the court most of the way, Porzingis passed the rock over to Enes who immediately took off and put Cousins on a poster.

The moment jolted a Knicks team that allowed only 13 Pelicans points in the first quarter. The team carried that momentum until the fourth quarter when the duo of Anthony Davis and Jrue Holiday scored a combined 79 points to help cut the lead down before tying it up with just a few seconds remaining. With the Knicks rattled headed into overtime, it looked like the Pelicans were going to complete the comeback, and they did just that, defeating New York, 123-118.
