On Wednesday, ESPN.com published a long-read about Aaron Rodgers that will also appear in the "NFL Preview Issue" of ESPN The Magazine (set to be released next month).

There's an anecdote where the Packers' signal caller discusses the occasionally touched upon subject of not talking publicly about his alleged family issues, which were highlighted by a 2016 report that said Rodgers hadn't spoken to his parents or brother(s) in more than two years. While it seems like a bizarre subject to worry about, it initially made headlines after Rodgers's younger brother, Jordan, spoke about it on the air during his winning-run on The Bachelorette.

In the story, Aaron Rodgers was pretty succinct and, once again, showed himself to be a man of few words when it comes to this particular topic.

From ESPN:

Last summer Rodgers found himself in the center of a minor maelstrom when his brother Jordan, who's now a commentator on ESPN's SEC Network, discussed their fractured relationship on TV. For fans who had followed the quarterback's career, the revelation came as a bit of a shock. In years past, his parents had featured prominently in stories about his wholesome upbringing, flanking their son in Arlington. But in January, The New York Times published an interview with his father, Ed, reiterating what Jordan had said. (Jordan and Ed did not respond to requests for interviews.) Afterward, Rodgers told The Times he didn't think it was appropriate to comment on the story. I ask him whether he still feels that way.

Though you're going to have to carve out some serious time to do it, you can read the rest over at ESPN.
