Stephen A. Smith Roasted for Having No Idea How to Work Twitter

Stephen A. Smith tried to post a video on Twitter on Sunday night, and it didn’t go well.

Stephen A. Smith is an experienced Twitter user. Or at least, in theory, he is. He first signed up for the social media site way back in September 2008, and since then, he has sent out more than 32,000 tweets. But for whatever reason, when it comes to sending out media files, SAS is still not very good at Twitter.

Back in 2015, he attempted to send out a photo to his more than 3 million Twitter followers. The result was this:

TAke a look, y'all: IMG_4346.jpeg

At the time, SAS got clowned for not knowing how to use Twitter properly, and he managed to make things even worse by having this brief interaction with a follower that proved he had no idea what he was doing:

@rachelmillman huge if true

— Legendary demi-hottie Li’l 🌳 (@karengeier) August 12, 2016

And believe it or not, the same thing happened on Sunday night. A bunch of celebrities posted the trailer for Diddy’s new documentary Can’t Stop Won’t Stop: A Bad Boy Story on Twitter. And most of them managed to do it without running into any problems:

Happy Sunday! Puff, I'm so proud of you!!! #CantStopWontStop watch it worldwide tonight on iTunes wooo wooooo pic.twitter.com/3U2niQPOoD

— Khloé (@khloekardashian) July 10, 2017

But not SAS. He sent out a tweet in support of Diddy’s doc, but it wasn’t the tweet he intended on sending out. It looked like this:

huge if true

— Legendary demi-hottie Li’l 🌳 (@karengeier) July 10, 2017

And once again, he got clowned for not knowing how to use Twitter properly. The same Twitter user who roasted SAS the first time came back to do it again:

do you need help

— ? (@dbfvuhjdbfvijno) July 10, 2017

And hundreds of other people chimed in, too:

To SAS’ credit, he doesn’t seem to care about getting clowned over stuff like this. As you can see, he didn’t take down his 2015 tweet, and he hasn’t deleted his most recent tweet, either. But can someone please give SAS a quick lesson in posting media files? He’s been on Twitter for almost a decade now. This shouldn’t be this hard for him.
