Black leather boots are one of the most evocative sights in football; their casual simplicity has made them the go to boots for generations of discerning footballers. Now, New Balance have created their own effort: the limited edition MiUK ONE, the brand’s first football boots to be made in their Flimby factory in Northern England.

The MiUK ONE are limited to just 2000 pairs, and aimed at players who understand and appreciate the history of the game and craft that has gone into making these boots. Key features of the boots include the leather upper and faux flip leather tongue, a padded insert in the tongue, a cushioned footbed for comfort, and the same outsole as the New Balance Visaro Pro. These elements combine to both look back at important parts of New Balance’s heritage, while also guaranteeing that the MiUK ONE’s are built to perform in the modern game.
