First things first: We have a very hard time believing a new In Touch report about Tristan Thompson and Khloe Kardashian getting engaged. They literally just started dating, and Tristan is expecting a child with another woman while Khloe is still technically married to Lamar Odom. So it doesn’t seem like wedding bells are—or should be—in the future for these two anytime soon. And despite what In Touch is reporting, we doubt the two are actually "engaged and planning their wedding" at this time. There's also this:
The story about the couple’s alleged engagement certainly has legs, though. Since In Touch first reported that Tristan and Khloe were engaged, gossip sites like Hollywood Lifehave taken the story and run with it. NBA blogs like Pro Basketball Talkhave, too. And of course, Twitter is having a field day with the story, with NBA fans in particular reacting to the news (er, "news"?) and sending "Tristan Thompson" soaring up the trending topics list.
As we said, we highly doubt NBA fans have anything to worry about right now. Tristan and Khloe probably aren’t engaged (yet?).
